MPH is an on demand mobile concierge service company, that allows you to
request and have your vehicle picked up and dropped off for services such as
detailing, emissions service, fuel services etc
One of our trusted MPH drivers will be driving your vehicle from your pickup
location to the service destination. All drivers are screened for clean driving
history and background check.
All services are performed by the service shop selected at the point of service
request on the app not by MPH. We are solely responsible for getting your
vehicle from point A to Point B.
Up to date vehicle registration and a full coverage insurance on said vehicle.
Absolutely Not! We welcome users with multiple vehicles just as long as it is
registered and insured. For accounts with Fleets please send an email to
Myporterhub@gmail.com for registration.
We cover the entire city of Atlanta and other metro areas, but we only go up to
10miles from the pickup location. If we do have to go outside the 10mile radius
we will at an additional cost.
Our app allows you to Follow and track your vehicle once our driver picks up
your vehicle. Drivers are instructed to drive from pick up to destination no extra
stops.
We have an umbrella Insurance that would kick in, in the instance that a
customer’s vehicle is damaged, and MPH is found responsible
Absolutely customers can pay for services directly through the app or directly to
the service shop.
Absolutely, we urge our drivers to perform the utmost quality level of customer
service and if a customer is appreciative of that level customer service and
choose to tip the driver, we fully welcome the gesture.
