How it works?

Enjoy the timesaving, headache avoiding benefit of a car pick-up and delivery service at your fingertips. Getting started with MyPorter Hub is easy!

Login Account

When you create your MyPorter Hub account, you’ll setup a user profile by adding details about your car and payment information:

Model, make and year
Insurance information (must have full coverage insurance)
Link your bank account, debit card or crypto wallet so in the case we need to fuel up your vehicle, you can easily transfer funds to the driver to do so

Choose Your Service

We have no problem taking your vehicle to your favorite car shop! But, if you’re not sure which shop to choose, no problem. Within the MyPorter Hub app, you can easily browse local car shops in your area. Pick the shop that’s right for you by checking out the reviews and seeing what other customers think about the car shop you’re thinking about taking your car to.

Complete Your Request

Once you schedule a pick-up or drop-off, your account will be charged an affordable flat rate. We don’t add any additional charges for the actual servicing of your vehicle at the car shop. And for added transparency, the entire time your car is on the road, you’ll be able to view how fast the driver is traveling, the direction and location of your vehicle.
